To all supporting or considering supporting the recount effort.
I am writing to share with you what I know about the New Hampshire Recount process. At this time the paper ballots are sealed and in the possession of the Towns and Cities where they were cast. As with all great magicians the greatest illusions are done right before our eyes, and this is our concern with the Diebold Scanners and voting machines. Past demonstrations have shown that these machines could skew the vote without the public or election officials knowing anything has happened. For this reason we have asked for a HAND RECOUNT of the ENTIRE STATE. For anyone who may be concerned that a potential fraud could be covered up between now and Wednesday please sit back and consider this. I live in New Hampshire because of the quality of life, a quality that starts with the honest hard working people who live here. Just think, for any funny business to take place from this point on, it would have to be a massive coordinated effort in over two hundred cities and towns, done right in front of the good people who live here. To pull that off in a few days would take real magic. Now back to the processâ?¦. The Sec. of State will provide State Police Escort for the officials picking up the sealed paper ballots, each person who handles the ballots at any time will have to sign off on a ledger just like when you send registered mail. From there they will go to the location chosen for the recount. Each candidate can have their own team of observers if they so choose. Some of the logistics of the vote count still need to be worked out and as we (all those supporting Albert Howardâ??s efforts) are paying for the Recount we will have some input into the process. I personally suggested several video cameras streaming live to monitors and to the Internet. They liked the idea but we will definitely need help from our more tech savvy supporters. Official Statement from Albert Howard To all lovers of freedom and liberty, As of 1:30 PM EST Friday, January 11th 2008 I did in fact pay the required $2,000 Fee to initiate an official recount of the New Hampshire primary election for the Republican Party. Much discussion and speculation has been hitting the News and Blog sites. I would like to make my position perfectly clear as to where I stand regarding this recount effort. First and foremost I want everyone to know exactly where I stand regarding the Ron Paul Campaign. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. Paul and in no way do I want the issue of a recount to cause any riff in the support of his candidacy. In fact I can only hope that my actions will strengthen the cause for which he so passionately stands for. I support the Ron Paul Revolution 100%. My real concern is the controversial Diebold Electronic Scanning machines. They were used for 81% of the vote counting in New Hampshire. For the security of a free State we must keep our election process clean, open and fair. This is why I as well as many others supporting this effort feel it is necessary to challenge the discrepancy between the hand counted votes and the Machine counted votes. I have had so many people writing for more information it is overwhelming. Just know that I will be letting you know of any new information that comes our way.
A fellow patriot in Va. has suggested ( and a good suggestion too) that we all call the NH state house and keep on until they know we are serious and watching their every move in this recount. We will not tolerate being robbed twice. Once by the votes and now by the cost of recounting... here is part of his message. ________________________________ 603) 271-3242; Secretary of State William Gardner and (603) 271-2121; Governor John Lynch Gardner's number was busy but I did get through to Lynch's office. I was respectful, but did take 60 seconds of the secretary's time trying to get any information available. The New Hampshire state website is www.state.nh.us Perhaps there are other numbers we can call. We really need to shut that gvernment down until they respond to the fraud that occurred or else it will keep on happening throughout the primaries. _______________________________________ Not a bad idea. Keep the pressure on and perhaps we will get the recount at a reasonable charge. Mr. Howard is having to stay in NH for this event meaning he is away from his children and family and not able to work. Eric and his family in Manchester are trying now to find a apt. or house that he can use in Concord to bring his family to NH so they can at least be together. Lets hope a place can be found and we can manage to pay for the rent in thanks to MR Howard for his bravery in going against the political machine and fighting for our right to a fair vote. KEEP PASSING THIS CHIP IN AROUND WE HAVE STILL NOT MET OUR GOALS AND THE COSTS MAY VERY WELL BE FAR ABOVE WHAT WE ARE ASKING. It looks like we are going to be scammed by the NH people. I just found this in a AP article:
Both candidates agreed in writing late Friday to pay the full cost of the re-counts, Secretary of State William Gardner said. Both could back out when they get the estimates, expected next week. Candidates who finish more than 3 percentage points behind the winner must pay the estimated full cost of a re-count before it can begin. The cost is refunded if the requester wins or is shown to be within 1 percentage point of the winner. I think they are giving us the heads up this will be too costly to pursue. We cannot let this stop us. It states the fees(which they haven't decided yet) will have to be paid up front. We have now $30,570. 00. I am sure that will not even begin to pay so please keep on passing this around and collecting more money. We need to prove to these states we are not playing their game any longer. We demand legitimate voting. Every state needs to be shown we will make sure our government will not be stolen again. At least not by voting machines. UPDATE
Hooray.. the chip in finally caught up. I have been worrying about this but the money is in the account but was not showing up on the charts..
you guys are tops.. I can't believe this. The money will be well used. Our friend in NH has opened his home to Mr Howard and is letting him use his car so no rental is necessary or motel rooms and meals. We are sending an extra $1,000 to Eric to just help cover the cost of expenses which we may not forsee. In all we have paid for the plane ticket, $242.00 plus $2,000.00 for the filing fees and the $1000.00 for expeses. I will get some screen shots of the paypal account so you can actually see the expenditures. We have no idea of the final cost but you can be assured none of the funds will be used for anything but this Recount. Keep the donations coming. There will be other states that may need a reminder that they are being watched and a recout will be demanded! IT IS OFFICIAL NOW!
I just received word that the papers have been filed. There will be a press conference at 1:30 PM Eastern time.
I have never felt so proud to be a part of anything as I am right now. We got a call this morning that the Secretary of state would not accept anything other than a certified check or cash which our man did not have. He called us, we remembered a friend in NH we had met there and called Eric. Within 10 minutes he was in his car and on the way to the State house with the money. He just called and is so happy with Mr. Howard, he says he is a real good guy. This makes me happy also as I had no idea of what kind of person he really is.. Eric and his wife will be keeping up with him and videoing the events as they occur so you can all be kept informed on where your money is going. I am so priveleged to be associated with such good, decent and patriotic people Go Ron Go....... Totals are having a problem
You guys are great. the site is having a problem keeping up with you. There is actually $17,000 in the account now. My Lord I had no idea so many people were willing to get this done. Thank you all so much. Hopefully by in the morning the site will catch up with you all. I am so grateful. Mr Howard should be getting into NH about now. I hope he gets a good nights rest and is ready to fight tomorrow. He has until 5 PM to file those papers. He will be doing that in the morning and having a press conference called in the afternoon by the Sec. of State. I can't wait to hear that.

We have a candidate that is willing to go to NH and file for the recount. We have paid his air fare and he is on his way as of 4 PM EST. He has tomorrow to file.
We will be sending him the money as he needs it to assure us and you that each district or precinct is counted plus more funds are needed to complete the process. Alex Jones has agreed to help us out and everyone seems to be working together to get this done. Let's go and "GET R DUN" CHIP IN AND HELP US CHIP AWAY AT THE NEO CONS AND THE THEIVES IN WASHINGTON DC. WE WON'T LET THEM STEAL ANOTHER SINGLE ONE OF OUR VOTES. |
