RECOUNT

The Recount is starting now as we speak or write. I just got a call that the Democratic count has concluded and the Republican Recount is about to begin.

This is being done thanks to all of you who have supported Ron and this Recount.

Your money has been well spent, if there is a real big difference we have proved the machines are faulty at best or actually rigged.

This is huge and maybe will be the start of a state by state return to our old tried and true methods of casting our votes via paper ballots counted by humans in the open where everyone is treated fairly and the money men cannot control who is elected.

HOO RAY I would say we :"GOT ER DUN"

I made the statement that Bev Harris published Albert's phone number on the net. That is exactly what I was told. I got a message from Bev stating it was not her and would I make the correction. My answer was that as soon as I found out I was wrong I would certainly make sure everyone knew it was a mistake. I will try to find the truth but cannot see a reason for anyone lying to me about this.

NOW>.. Great news we have collected the funding to completely pay for the Recount.. I am so grateful to you guys that kept on donating so we could recoup our own money which there is precious little of. I had very little hope as the money bomb is going off right now and I know many are donating to that.



I AM LEAVING THE CHIP IN PAGE UP SO WE CAN HAVE A PLACE TO LET YOU ALL KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. You can continue to donate towards Alberts expenses which is ongoing and the total cost is at this point unknown. We are making sure he has housing, meals and transportation which is the least we can do. We had hoped to get a small apt where he could have his family with him but it seems that the count should not take as long as we thought. Perhaps a round trip plane ticket next week end will afford him some comfort in seeing his kids.. He has 8 of them. Should we try for that?

Right now we are Tallahassee at the college where we are meeting with the students and handing out material for them to use in their campaigns for Ron. Students are great weapons, they all have family, and are so energetic which is what we need at this time in the campaign.

Tomorrow we will be heading back to Texas slowly hitting all the towns along the way with this big billboard and talking to people on our way to Tyler where the LINE IN THE SAND event is taking place this week end.

All of you Texans and Okies please make sure to try to attend.. This will be a big fund raising event for Ron as well as a great time for all of us.

I got a call from Albert Howard today, he is very upset, it seems that Beverly Harris ( Black Box Voting ) has listed his phone number on the internet. His phone is being called over and over and he is just trying to rest today after a very tiring and stressful week. He told the Hotel that he didn't want to be disturbed and still someone rented a room down the hall from him and banged and banged on the door. When he didn't answer the fellow told the hotel he was a business partner and something was wrong with Albert and had the door opened. Albert is such a nice man and does not want to be mean.. Not at all like me.... Please people quit calling him. He wants to have some peace and quiet for a few hours..

We paid for another hotel room for the next 3 days on our credit card. No one will be told where it is so maybe he can get some rest.

I am really disgusted with Miss Harris, why in the world would anyone put his phone number on line???? Not a very trustworthy deed.

Now folks please finish out this chip in plus some so we can get Albert a place for the next two weeks or until this ends once and for all including all of the chalenges.

This is so wrong. The man is doing us a great favor and he should not be treated like this.

In SC the state law states all voting is to be in the open as stated below:



SECTION 1. Elections to be by secret ballot; protection of right of suffrage.



All elections by the people shall be by secret ballot, but the ballots shall not be counted in secret. The right of suffrage, as regulated in this Constitution, shall be protected by laws regulating elections and prohibiting, under adequate penalties, all undue influence from power, bribery, tumult, or improper conduct.



Since there are no paper ballots to count whether in secret or in the open perhaps SC needs to have a wake up call put in. Ted Gunderson is working on a law suit to remedy these situations and perhaps we should be getting ready to support him in this?

Pay Pal has been sending apologys but now has decided that I am a political campaign and now want documentation of my pac status... my lord what a mess they are. I have one of the supervisors private email address and wrote her, she didn't answer but did not stop me from transfering the money to our lender.. Thank Goodness that is done.

Your money is now where it belongs not in my hands. Now all we need to do is finish this chip in and we will have made it all back.

We sent Albert, $2,000 for the filing fees, $2,500 for living expenses and $3??.00 for the airplane ticket. I cant remember the exact amount the plane fare is but it is fairly close.

Now I need that money back so we can pay for our fuel and expenses., I sure appreciate all of your help in this. Please just pass this along and see if we can get back in the black again.

We just left Spartanburg where Chuck Baldwin spoke for Ron. There were some Rudy supporters standing in front and Chris ( who by the way is a radical) was yelling at them on the PA system which is very loud.... { hey guys why don't you take off those suits so people won't know Rudy paid you to stand in the cold) I dont think they answered back.

Chris also took our mobile radio set up and went to the Marriot where the event was going on and broadcast from there interviewing some of the other candidates supporters. Kind of funny and they really are not up to par in the brains dept.

We just got word from Paypal after a all night battle with them sending them tons of information and verifying my legality and things that had absolutely nothing to do with this event. Anyway a very nice lady at Pay Pal realized the seriousness of this and looked into the whole thing and has unfrozen the account. The only thing that is frozen still is that questionable donation of $1000 that started the whole affair.

THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONCERN AND CARING FOR US. It really makes me feel so special to think people all over the country care about what happens to us. I am so priveledged to know this group and to be a small part of it.

The money was borrowed and we have the recount paid for and ready to go. The Secretary of State has the money and Mr. Howard has the signed receipt.

Now all we have to do is pay back the loan which we will do with the lady at Paypal so there are no more mishaps and we are good to go.

We are between Atlanta and Greenville SC now headed for the Blimp site for tomorrow if the ice storm holds off. Brrrrrrrrrrrr and I left that warm state of Texas for this? I must be nuts. But if Ron can take the cold surely I can too and he will warm us all up with his appearances.

We have sent off the money to a newly opened bank account in NH opened by the former Attorney General for this purpose. The funds left our account and we thought it was a done deal.

As soon as I sent out the message the money was on its way we received a big donation of $1000 and it got flagged as a suspicious entry.? below is the actual paypal notice:

Anyway the money did not go to the new account it went back in my account. Now we hope to have it straight by in the morning and we can talk the Sec of state into accepting the money.

Bev Harris and L Landis were at the original meeting with Albert and Eric and said they were actually beligerent and demanding and really pissed off the SOS with their demands for computer parts being examined etc. They had already agreed to allow us to video the recount and were co operating until the BlackBox ladies showed up and demanded more and more. Albert said he hugged the SOS when they left and asked him to please not hold a grudge against us but he then demaded the money immediately before 3 PM. Hopefully we can get him to change his mind with some nice phone calls letting him know we are not accusing him of any fraud just we want to have our votes recounted.

That is the entire story. We did not meet the total amout we needed but I raided my account, my husbands account and our savings plus borrowed a few dollars to make up the difference since I knew we would meet the goals with the way you were all supporting this.

All the donations will be returned as soon as we can. There was some expenditures which we will have to figure out how to work out.. the air plane tickets, the filing fee $2,000 and hopefully a few dollars for Albert for his time and trouble. He is a working man and has lost some valuable work time due to this .

It may also be a smart thing to just keep this money aside in case we need it for Michigan or another state. this is definately not the end. Rose has already seen some misdeeds in Mi. The machines were broken and people were told to just put their ballots in a box and they would be run later when the machines were working again? sounds like something not right there too.
